Recently, each base of NorthGlass held the 2024 work arrangement meeting and the 2023 annual summary and commendation meeting.   NorthGlass awarded the "NorthGlass Spirit Award", "Advanced Individual" and "Advanced Collective Award" to individuals and collectives with outstanding performance in the past year. The advanced units for target completion and performance growth: Tempering Equipment BU, Glass Deep Processing BU, Tianjin Base and Shanghai Base were awarded. A total of 11 "NorthGlass Spirit Award" employees, 20 "Excellent Teams" and 148 "Advanced Employees" were commended.

  Among the awards in the field of technology, "Architectural Glass Deep Processing Intelligent Factory V1.0" won the first prize of technological progress, and "R&D, manufacturing and preliminary application of new high-efficiency fans", "R&D of new multi-curved furnace equipment", "R&D, design and promotion of new flexible shaft forward and reverse bending equipment" and other projects won the second prize of technological progress.
