China Glass Index on January 10th, 2018
On January 10th, 2018:
China Glass's Comprehensive Index was 1192.35, a rise of -0.33 against last week.
China Glass Price Index was 1216.87, increasing by -0.13 points over the same period.
China Glass Confidence Index was 1094.29, with a growth rate of -1.09 points compared with the same time last week.
Glass spot goods do not show some fluctuations, since Shahe market is influenced by local production-stopping due to government’s “environment protection” campaign. Manufacturers are more confident about the future glass price rise.
As far as production capacity concerned, production lines in south of China factories are mainly engaged in suspension and maintenance while that in north of China factories build more new production lines as new year is coming.
