The China Glass Expo is in full swing. On the 2^nd day of the exhibition, NorthGlass s held a signing ceremony for a tempering furnace contract with Hainan Chengfeng Glass Technology Co., Ltd. The 4^th-generation advanced series (A series) tempering furnace from NorthGlass made its market debut, and both parties will work together to create a new benchmark for high-end glass products.

The 4^th-Generation A-Series Tempering Furnace was developed and completed after a year-long trial production and testing phase at Luoyang NorthGlass’s Glass Deep Processing BU. It was officially launched to the market at this exhibition. Customers have expressed strong expectations for the quality improvements brought by the new equipment and full confidence in NorthGlass’s latest tempering technologies.

Building upon the 3^rd-generation platform, the 4^th-Generation A-Series Tempering Furnace features a series of significant upgrades, including a professional-grade NorthGlass temperature control system and an advanced symmetrical heating technology. It also introduces a new global adaptive ultra-power heating technology. The temperature control zones have been further refined, and power distribution has been optimized, resulting in more precise temperature control, superior glass quality, and higher production efficiency. In addition, the newly developed air nozzles and optimized air holes arrangement significantly enhance cooling efficiency and uniformity. These improvements not only reduce energy consumption during cooling but also effectively minimize stress spots, delivering better overall glass performance.
