Leading the Way with "Zero Carbon", North Glass Light-Stone Company Won the Only First Prize in Luoyang
Recently, the winning list of the first "Zero Carbon Zhongyuan Cup" Henan Province Green Manufacturing Technology Application Innovation Competition was released. Luoyang North Glass Light-Stone New Materials Co., Ltd. won the first prize for its "Silicon based Solid Waste Lightweight Microcrystal Stone Project".
This competition was recommended by local and municipal industrial and information departments, industry associations, third-party service institutions, and evaluated by experts on-site. Finally, 4 first prizes, 7 second prizes, 15 third prizes, and 21 excellent awards were selected, including 7 innovative achievements in green manufacturing in Luoyang. North Glass Light-Stone is the only one first prize winner in Luoyang.
The "Silicon based Solid Waste Lightweight Microcrystal Stone Project" is a new eco-friendly building material demonstration project incubated by North Glass Light-Stone at a cost of hundreds of millions of yuan. The project adopts interdisciplinary and multi process cross-border new technologies such as North Glass Light-Stone's "decorative integrated functional gradient material one-time forming" process technology, "multi-layer roller electric heating crystallization furnace" production equipment, and "wall material+section steel integration" technology.
This project uses silicon-based solid waste as the main raw material to complete the production of lightweight microcrystal stone wall materials, achieving full closed-loop regeneration and utilization of silicon-based solid waste. The pure electric heating crystallization production line does not generate combustion flue gas. Compared with traditional gas kilns, the unit energy consumption of the product is reduced by more than 60%, and the energy cost is reduced by more than 20%. At the same time, the wastewater generated during the product production process can be recycled after being purified by a sedimentation tank, and the waste residue can be recycled, basically achieving an eco-friendly production mode of zero discharge of "wastewater, waste residue, and exhaust gas".
