Recently, NorthGlass Holdings convened its 2025 Work Planning Meeting and 2024 Annual Summary & Recognition Conference at its Luoyang and Shanghai bases. Mr. Gao Xueming, Chairman of NorthGlass Holdings and Chairman of NorthGlass Light-Stone Co., Ltd., along with Mr. Gao Li, Vice Chairman and President of NorthGlass Holdings, gathered with over 600 attendees, including general managers of regional business units, department heads, and employee representatives, to collaboratively plan a new chapter of development.

During the conference, general managers of each business unit reviewed achievements from 2024 and outlined key priorities for 2025. President Mr. Gao Li provided specific directives for all business units and functional departments, stressing that a relentless spirit of perseverance is vital for sustained growth and breakthroughs in a dynamic market. He encouraged all employees to embrace the challenges of the new year with heightened enthusiasm and unwavering confidence, collectively driving the company’s high-quality development.

At the recognition ceremony, NorthGlass Holdings specially commended two exemplary units—Shanghai Equipment Manufacturing BU and the Tempering Equipment BU—for their outstanding contributions to exceeding annual targets and achieving significant operational improvements. Nine individuals, including Mr. Miao Tongye and Mr. Liu Yang, were awarded the "NorthGlass Spirit Award," while 19 teams and 155 employees were honored as "Advanced Collectives" and "Outstanding Employees." These accolades not only underscored the company’s commitment to fostering innovation but also showcased the relentless, pioneering spirit of the entire NorthGlass team.

In the technological innovation awards, NorthGlass highlighted its dual focus on technical breakthroughs and management innovation, granting 13 Technical Progress Awards, 11 New Product Awards, 58 Excellent Design Awards, 67 Technology Innovation Awards, 4 Cost-Saving Awards, and 18 Comprehensive Management Awards. Notably, the "Modular Design and Manufacturing of Tempering Furnaces" and "Intelligent Temperature-Controlled Out-off Furnace" projects claimed first prizes in technological advancement. Second prizes were awarded to three innovations: "Continuous Furnace Advanced Heating Control Technology," "Multi-Layer SGP Laminated Glass Iridescence Reduction Technology," and "Multi-Curved Tempering Process Optimization Technology," spanning critical domains of glass thermal control, optical quality enhancement, and cocomplex curved surface processing.

Recipients of the "NorthGlass Spirit Award" shared insights during the conference, embodying the company’s ethos through their actions. Mr. Yan Kecheng from Tempering Equipment BU, Mr. Zhang Junfeng (East China After-Sales Engineer, Tempering Equipment BU), Mr. Huang Keting (Machining Section, Shanghai Equipment Manufacturing BU), and Mr. Miao Tongye (Shanghai Coating Technology Company) discussed their experiences, demonstrating NorthGlass employees’ dedication and accountability.

In his closing remarks, Chairman Mr. Gao Xueming congratulated award-winning teams and individuals, praising each division’s accomplishments over the past year. He emphasized that the perseverance and innovative drive of NorthGlass team form the core impetus for the company’s steady progress. The Tempering Equipment BU, as the foundation of NorthGlass’s entrepreneurial journey, has long supported the company’s growth. The Glass Deep Processing BU’s recent excellence has laid critical groundwork for expansion, while the Coating Technology BU and Triturbo Fan BU are poised to reach new heights. Chairman Mr. Gao also introduced emerging ventures—the High-Temperature Electric Furnace Technology Company and the Cast Glass Company—both positioned to unlock promising opportunities in their respective fields.

2025 marks NorthGlass’s 30th anniversary. At this pivotal milestone, the company reflects on its illustrious journey while mapping an ambitious future.
