  Exploring the New Base: Witnessing Hardcore Manufacturing Strength

  The anniversary series of events commenced on the afternoon of October 17th at Luoyang NorthGlass High-End Equipment Industry Co., Ltd. Upon entering the park gates, visitors were greeted by a vast 60,000-square-meter lawn. This modern park, nestled against a hillside and overlooking the Jian River and the Longhai Railway Line, embodies NorthGlass' commitment to embracing nature and green development from its initial planning stages.

  The tour group paused in front of the R&D building, a structure that itself declares NorthGlass' technological strength. The massive coated glass curtain wall, standing 18.3 meters high and weighing 8.8 tons per single piece, set multiple records for NorthGlass. The "NorthGlass Wanli Hao" VIP building, whose design was personally overseen by the Chairman, became another iconic landmark with its unique yacht-like shape and sleek lines, symbolizing NorthGlass' ambition to sail far and explore boundless horizons.

  Entering the office building, visitors were immediately struck by the magnificent 24-meter-high lobby. A massive waterfall screen and detailed sand table models encompassing all company bases vividly illustrated NorthGlass' industrial footprint and developmental aspirations. The five-story office space, designed with minimalist transparency, features a pure white interior accented with champagne gold details, exuding an elegant and modern simplicity. The "Aerial Light Corridor" connecting the office area to the production workshops utilizes NorthGlass' self-developed anti-reflective glass, combining transparent views with cutting-edge technology. Extending into the core 70,000-square-meter production workshop, the grand scale and clear functional layout—from raw materials and machining to assembly and shipping areas—fully present the strength of modern manufacturing capabilities.

  At around 8:00 am on October 18th, the 30th anniversary sports meet commenced vibrantly. In his opening speech, President Gao Li expressed heartfelt thanks and high respect to all employees and their families who had contributed their wisdom and sweat to NorthGlass' development over the past thirty years. He encouraged all athletes to fully demonstrate the fighting spirit, pursuit of excellence, and teamwork inherent in sports competition on the field and carry them into future work, making them the core driving force for NorthGlass' sustained development. Subsequently, Chairman Gao Xueming declared the sports meet open, with colorful flags waving and the atmosphere instantly ignited.

  The performances by the various business unit squads were creative and spectacular. The Tempering Equipment Division's "Overwhelming Momentum," the Automation Company's "Boundless Creativity," the Ternary Flow Fan Company's "Energetic Dancers," and a uniquely ingenious "Standout Squad" won resounding applause. The speed and passion of the 4x100 meter relay, theperfect cooperation in the fun jump rope event, the fierce competition in the football match, the precise swings in the badminton tournament, and the teamwork in the drumming game all fully demonstrated the high morale and strong cohesion of the NorthGlass team.

  On the evening of October 18th, the grand 30th Anniversary Gala Banquet commenced splendidly. Attendees, dressed in their finest and wearing bright smiles, lingered before the NorthGlass historical photo wall, reminiscing, and captured brilliant group photos in front of the signature wall, collectively cherishing this unforgettable moment.

Heartfelt narrations by those who lived through the history connected the complete development trajectory of NorthGlass from its startup phase to its leading position, stirring the emotions of many veteran and new employees present.

  The awards ceremony during the banquet became the most exciting and glorious moment of the evening. The company successively awarded 14 frontline employees the "Striving Award," recognizing their extraordinary dedication in ordinary posts; presented the "Innovation Award" to 3 technical pioneers, paying tribute to their spirit of breaking new ground; and conferred the "Outstanding Contribution Award" upon 6 management and technical key personnel, in recognition of their monumental contributions to the company's development.

  Subsequently, the recipients of the "30-Year Major Contribution Award" – Gao Li, Gao Qi, and Xia Bing – as well as Chairman Gao Xueming, the recipient of the "Founder Award," took the stage to accept their honors. The entire audience responded with prolonged, warm applause, paying the highest tribute to the company's pioneers and leaders. At the end of the ceremony, the Chairman unveiled the 30th Anniversary "Hall of Fame," bearing the company's history, with 17 meritorious figures who made outstanding contributions during different periods being inducted. The Shanghai base's "Waltz of Time" exuded elegance, a B-box and street dance fusion piece titled "Yeah!" burst with energy, and the Luoyang base's classical dance "Clouds and Moon Over the Palace" was rich in grace and charm. A collective recitation, "Different Us, Shared NorthGlass," resonated deeply with all. Finally, a grand medley of "My Motherland," "Me and My Motherland," and "Ode to the Motherland" was jointly performed by the three major bases, their powerful voices stirring the entire hall and converging into a tremendous wave of emotional unity.
