At the subsequent symposium, Dun Wenbo first shared the company’s development history, business scope, market layout, and future plans. He noted that with the rapid growth of the enterprise, the demand for highly qualified talent has become increasingly urgent, and expressed the willingness to establish a long-term and stable partnership with Ningxia University to jointly cultivate application-oriented talents that meet enterprise needs. Han Junfeng and Li Jiansen also exchanged views with the university on theoretical research requirements in corporate R&D.

During the meeting, President Peng Zhike introduced the progress made by Ningxia University in discipline development, talent cultivation, and scientific research innovation. He pointed out that the university has long attached great importance to university-enterprise cooperation and actively promotes the integration of industry, academia, and research. This visit is not only an important measure to implement the Ministry of Education’s special initiative, but also a key approach to strengthening enterprise connections, accurately understanding needs, and expanding employment opportunities.

Peng Zhike emphasized that the university will take this event as an opportunity to further deepen collaboration with enterprises, dynamically optimize talent training programs based on enterprise needs, adjust curriculum systems, strengthen practical teaching, and enhance students’ practical abilities and innovative thinking. At the same time, it will promote the transformation of scientific research achievements, provide precise technical support and professional services to enterprises, and achieve mutual benefit and coordinated development between the university and enterprises.

双方还就人才培养、实习就业、科学研究合作和技术创新进行了深入讨论。双方同意建立定期沟通机制，加强信息共享。企业将提供实习和就业机会，并设立奖学金以支持人才发展，而大学将提供人才支持和技术服务，以帮助解决实际问题并推动高质量企业的发展。
