On 24th, May, 2017 China Glass Exhibition started at China International Exhibition Center (New pavilion). As a leader in glass deep processing industry, NorthGlass brought her glass processing automation system to attend the exhibition, along with tempering line, Low-E coating line and screen printing line. On the opening day, NorthGlass made a great start and signed orders being worth millions yuan.

Exhibits from NorthGlass included vertical buffer system, “Maglev” cutting machine, shuttle glass screen printing machine, shaped glass cutting-breaking-grinding-drilling line, Low-E glass coating line with cathode and magnetic bar.

Take vertical buffer system for instance, which is the core unit of the whole automation line, with innovative “three-in-one”RGV design (automatic loading/unloading + measuring + conveying), the system successfully gets rid of manual glass sorting for insulating and laminating lines in an effective, time-saving and labor-saving way. This glass processing automation system has already been put into running in customers’ factories in Beijing, Chengdu, etc., and been highly praised by customers.

Meanwhile, fully automatic shaped glass cutting-breaking-grinding-drilling line was brought on the stand, which is applicable to the automatic production of shaped industrial glass with high-accuracy grinding and drilling performance.

On the first day of exhibition, visitors from all over the world showed their great interest in NorthGlass’s exhibits, especially the “Intelligent Application Platform”, which was regarded as the latest technology trend in glass deep processing industry.
