On October 8, 2021, NorthGlass and the People’s Government of Ruyang County Luoyang Municipal signed “the agreement of investment cooperation” to construct NorthGlass energy saving glass project, and will plan to participate in industrial land auction of Ruyang industrial cluster with area about 500 mu as for the company production research and development implementation base and medium-term development land, and will set up a wholly-owned subsidiary Luoyang NorthGlass High-end Glass New Materials Co., Ltd. (tentative name, the industrial and commercial registration shall prevail) with registered capital of 200 million yuan to responsible for the land bidding and project operation.
Luoyang NorthGlass High-end Glass New Material Co., Ltd. is different from NorthGlass automation intelligent high-end equipment industrial park, which has invested in Xin'an New Industrial Cluster Zone. Luoyang NorthGlass High-end Glass New Material Co., Ltd. can be used as a further extension of the company's automated and intelligent high-end equipment industrial park project, and build a global research and development, manufacturing and sales center of deep processed glass products relying on the high-end equipment of NorthGlass. After completion, the downstream industrial chain will be integrated and products to form a perfect manufacturing industry chain and build an industrial manufacturing cluster with core competitiveness.
The commencement ceremony of NorthGlass Automation and Intelligent High-end Equipment Industrial Park project was held in Luoxin Industrial Cluster Zone on the same day. This is the first phase of NorthGlass Automation and Intelligent High-end Equipment Industrial Park project with an investment about 400 million yuan and with a total area of about 500 mu. Zong Guoming, secretary of CPC in county committee, Wang Zhi, the vice secretary of Country Committee, the head of county government, Gao Li, president of NorthGlass, attended the commencement ceremony. At that time, the glass high-end glass processing equipment manufacturing base will be built here, and it will become an intelligent equipment manufacturing industrial park serving around the world.
