Guangdong has continued high temperature since the beginning of this summer. Tempering Furnace Business Unit of NorthGlass has also entered the delivery season. As an regular customer of NorthGlass, workshop of Foshan JYC Glass has a busy scene, and 5 units of NorthGlass tempering furnace have been installed, commissioned and put into production.

JYC Glass owned by POBO Group is a leading enterprise in the field of shower room glass in China, focusing on the manufacturing of high-end art glass such as architecture, decoration, home furnishing. It is a designated partner of global brands such as Kohler, Roca, MASCO, Huppe. JYC Glass established a cooperation with NorthGlass as early as 2001. In the past 20 years, JYC Glass has purchased more than 20 units of NorthGlass tempering furnaces.

When the first continuous furnace was shipped to JYC Glass, the installation engineer Wang Guozhao arrived at the scene and then put into the installation. At that time, COVID-19 has occurred in Foshan and the company could not send more personnel to the site in a short time. Overcoming various difficulties, engineers completed most of the installation tasks. And then they successfully completed the installation and commissioning of the continuous furnace in 22 days to ensure the progress of the project with the reinforcements of two local engineers who completed their own respective projects.

During the installation of the second tempering furnace, the customer needs to increase the glass storage equipment, so that the second equipment, which has completed 80% of the installation workload, needs to be moved overall, and the engineers continued the overall disassembly for Golden Yaohua Glass.  

On July 16, JYC Glass sent a letter of thanks, especially praised the tempering equipment company and installation engineers. The letter mentioned that in the installation and commissioning process, engineers showed a strong sense of responsibility, organization and coordination ability, as well as exquisite technology and hard-working style, and in the process of installation they timely communicated with customers, provided technical support and guidance, which made the project go smoothly.
